Good news from MRT: Signing intelligent fully automatic palletizer contract with Thai customer.

In recent years, in order to meet more market demand and further solve the drawbacks of high labor volume and high labor costs in the post-processing, MRT has extended its industrial chain on the basis of fully automatic prefeeders and launched intelligent fully automatic palletizers. The whole machine combines Taiwanese design concepts with the trend of cardboard box production in mainland China, and has advantages such as easy operation, computer control, one click setting, and circular order scheduling.

After the equipment is put into operation at the customer's factory in Thailand, it will efficiently and intelligently complete the palletizing of cardboard boxes at a speed of 24 packages per minute, further reducing staff and increasing efficiency. At the same time, with the combination of prefeeder, printing and pasting box linkage lines, and logistics systems, intelligent manufacturing of the entire process of cardboard boxes can be achieved, truly realizing intelligent and unmanned production, and significantly reducing the shipping cycle of finished cardboard boxes.
